 Regency Property Management, s.r.o. manages residential and commercial spaces in some of the best locations in Brno.
Our Czech and English speaking team operates with a western-influenced management style grounded in honest and fair business practices.
Inherent in our operations, our firm takes statutory obligations seriously. Some of these include: accurate apartment record keeping, accurate yearly services reconciliation, performance of all statutory building and apartment maintenance checks and house cleaning. We keep our property records as well as our apartments well maintained. As part of our continuous improvement program we are upgrading our apartments on an on-going basis. After decades of neglect we have upgraded many apartments to meet the market standards.
Our firm understands the value of keeping good market-rate tenants. We provide quality services and ask a reasonable market rate rent. Our goal is to minimize apartment turn-over by having happy and satisfied long-term tenants.
We believe in maintaining open communication channels with tenants, through phone, email, and visits. This communication allows us to quickly address any issues that can arise with a rented space and also work to accommodate tenants changing personal circumstances.
Our rental contracts reflect fair practices and have clear terms. We respect the terms of the rental contracts and expect the same of our tenants. Czech & English is spoken, and rental contracts with some English translation is available.
